Uncaring and inconsiderate
Terrible experience. No follow up after procedure. Hung up on in middle of call when asking for aftercare instructions. I will looking for another dentist.

Dr. Bates and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating when I recently had a dental "emergency". I would recommend them based on their professionalism and gentle patient care. More than reasonable prices, and most genuinely nice people.
