Dr. Jeffrey Adcock, DDS

I highly recommend Dr. Adcock. After a disastrous root canal attempt by another dentist left my husband with a swollen face and complicated infection, Dr. Adcock quickly remedied the situation. He diagnosed the issue immediately and provided us with suitable and quick acting medication. Once the infection was resolved, Dr. Adcock completed the root canal and skillfully removed all remnants left behind by the previous dentist. There were zero complications and recovery from Dr. Adcock’s procedure was rapid. He is an outstanding doctor; his staff is also extremely competent.

The staff is very nice and patient-centric. Dr. Adcock is friendly, thorough, and competent. I was referred to Dr. Adcock by my dentist and, because I was in pain, he was able to see me the next day.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I scheduled an end-of-year root canal procedure (to use remaining insurance benefits). Did the screening appointment and prep for the procedure. Read all of the pre-op materials. Since I'm a senior citizen, without family, I had to arrange for a friend to transport me to the appointment, and arranged for him to pick me up. When I checked in, the receptionist tried to call my friend to verify his existence. He was unable to answer the call at that time. Therefore, the "doctor" would not proceed, even though I assured them that my ride would be available when the procedure was over. I was never told, prior to showing up, that my ride would have to "check in" with them before the procedure would be done. This has wasted my time, my money, and resulted in the loss of my insurance benefits. If I could give this bozo a negative star rating, I would. I will NEVER go back to this person. EVER
