Reliable and trustworthy
Friendly office. His assistants are always good and he is good. I'm not sure what else to say... I don't really like going to the dentist in general, but they do a good job and I haven't had any problems.

Poor Quality General Dentist
Dr. Gignac barely offers a thorough exam after cleanings because he's running from room-to-room seeing other patients in between, even while he is in a middle of a procedure. They often push patients for their Invisalign program. Don't get the Invisalign if you require Orthodontic treatment. He's a GENERAL DENTIST partnering up with Invisalign WHO IS UNABLE to render in a capacity of an Orthodontist. He's not always able to deliver quality general dentistry services so you'll find yourself going back several times until it is corrected. Don't recommend at all.

One bad apple spoils the bunch
He is a nice guy but the woman at the front desk is a witch and it's just not even worth dealing with her... after leaving upset twice I'm never going back

I have been a patient of Dr. Gignac for probably over 20 years. He and his staff have always been professional and courteous. When visiting specialists they have always complimented the work he has done. I would absolutely refer friends to him.
