DON'T SHOULD ON YOURSELF! Called to make an appointment. The first time I called I expressed my fear of radiation from x rays and the first representative advised it was less radiation than the sun. As the sun has the most radiation of anything in this galaxy I sorta laughed it off thinking she meant to say "being out in the sun". I should have stopped there. The second representative I spoke with at the call center to make an appointment was able to find my insurance and advised the initial visit would be at no charge to me. This was one week before the appointment. (This person was literally the only person in this story that did NOT disappoint.) AT 7 PM they day before the appointment I get a frantic call from "Donna" from the location I was scheduled for stating that I needed to provide my ssn or I "won't know the cost of the procedures when you come".
