My first impression of the office was when I was greeted by the Front Desk receptionist. Just a professional, fun loving woman. Then I met a couple of hygienists who were equally accommodating and very professional. And then Dr Patel… honestly, I have never met a doctor who explained everything in such detail to me, pausing along the way to see if I had any questions. The procedure was lengthy and I was so appreciative that I got an appointment right away because I was in pain. I never felt rushed. That evening Dr Patel took the time to call me. Unfortunately, I did not have my phone with me but he left a message asking how I was doing and said to call if I had any questions or concerns. He left his phone number. I would never go to anyone else if I have any further Endodontist needs. I highly recommend Dr Patel.

Had a great experience. The front desk was welcoming and Dr Jayesh greeted me in advance of my appointment time. He made me relax with his sense of humor. During the procedure, he was informative at each step of the process. He kept reminding to let him know if I was uncomfortable or in pain while he was doing the procedure. This procedure was not fully covered by insurance and he took time to understand my responsibilities verses the insurance claim thereby avoiding any surprises. He followed up with me for a few days thereafter which assured me.

Received my first (and hopefully last) root canal from Dr. Patel yesterday. I found both him and his entire staff to be very professional and very focused on making the experience as painless as possible. Dr. Patel took the time to explain the procedure, restrictions over the next few days and what to expect in discomfort which thankfully was minimal. He even reached out by phone later in the day to see how things were going. I was originally referred to Dr. Patel by my primary dentist. I specifically asked for one of the best in the area. She was spot on in referring me to this practice. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I hope I never need another root canal but if so, I wouldn’t hesitate returning in the future! Very irresponsible and unprofessional! I found this dentist in-network list of Delta Dental insurance and had a standard root canal for my tooth # 30 in two sessions on 10/26 and 11/21. The insurance company refused to pay for the D3221 code that was submitted by the dentist. After that, I sent an email to Dr. Patel and asked him to follow up with insurance, but on a phone call on 12/6, he said, "I do not have time to call the insurance and will write a check for $192 (to cover D3221's cost) for you". I was very curious and followed up with the insurance, and the insurance replied that the cost of D3221 is already included in procedure code D3330. That’s why they deducted the cost of D3221 from D3330 because it had already been paid for on 10/26. The claim is not denied or not being paid for; only the portion that was billed for twice. We called the dentist's office about seven times, but they did not answer our calls when they saw our phone number. So my wife called with a different number on 12/15, and they answered the phone. Also, I sent 3 emails to Dr. Patel on 12/15 and 12/19, but I got no response; in addition, they should pay me $220 for the extra money that I paid to the office.

I went to Dr. Patel directly from my dentist’s office on a Friday morning and was told I needed an old root canal redone. I was in a great deal of pain. I followed all his instructions carefully and took the OTC pain-relievers and antibiotics exactly as directed. The pain was much more intense the next day. I was clear this was abnormal. When I called him on Saturday, he put me on prednisone. Still in pain, he did not return my calls Sunday. My original dentist met me at her office that Sunday to numb me for a few hours relief. Sent to another endodontist the next day who called Dr. Patel because he didn’t like “politics”. Dr. Patel got on the phone to once more insist this was normal but also said he would refund money to me. That hasn’t occurred. My second endodontist has been opening up and tooth and letting it drain while I stayed in pain and numbing me. Oral surgeon just diagnosed / removed the cracked tooth. 68 days horrible pain, lost PTO, $$$$. Listen to patients

This review is not for the doctor. I wanted to write this review based on my experience at the front desk. My wife and I stopped by here for a consultation with a referral from our dentists. Our experience here was great except for the young lady at the front desk. When I mentioned to her my insurance covers for diagnosis visit she started giving me a lecture on diagnosis, evaluation and consultation with so much attitude and treated me as an inconvenience for questioning her before making the payment for the visit. She flatly said my insurance did not cover for a consultation visit with a specialist. Even though I disagreed with her my wife made the payment for the visit and left. After getting in the car, I called our insurance company to verify whether we were covered for this visit under our policy by providing the procedure code D0140 as shown on the receipt. Patel review: I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Patel for a root canal on a tooth that has on and off been giving me problems. I had so much pain one day that i called Dr. Patel's office and they were able to see me the same day. Dr. Patel made me feel so comfortable, explained in detail what was going on and what i needed to do in order to solve my pain. He started treatment the same day i called in to get me out of pain. I knew i was in good care and his chairside manners were superior and

Rushed through the appointment and very poor bedside manner. Go elsewhere!

Dr Patel was quick and efficient. The staff is also very pleasant. My root canal took 30min from walking in the door to walking out. Dr Patel even called me later that evening to check in on me. Great service!
