Worst experience with a dentist in my life. Receptionist is rude and not helpful. Crown came off and was told they would not fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doctor fine, Office Procedures need upgrade
Need backup system for payment. Their machine kept reading my card as a "chip error" or malfunction. Instead of having a system to manually enter the card information, I now have to drive back over there on an additional day (they are NOT close to my house) and bring a different card. 15 minutes after I left their office, my card worked at the Walmart on 67th. So, this is definitely an issue with their card reader. However, I did call CapitalONE and I'm having them ship me a new card just in case. It's 2023, take payments online....there's a thought. Also, maybe your card reader is starting to fail and needs replaced? This might just not be MY problem.

Excellent experience! The facility is bright, immaculate, and very calming. The receptionist was courteous, friendly, and easily took care of all my paperwork. Dr. Sullins, and his assistant, Connor, were professional, gentle, and did a great job of keeping me informed of exactly what they were doing. It was my first root canal, and definitely was a good experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Sullins for any endodonic work!
