Didn't explain use of oral antibiotics
The hygienist suggested that I could have some antibiotic in my gums. It was a suggestion, after that I knew that it wasn't a MUST-HAVE procedure. They used 7 (Seven) antibiotics and charged me $45 each, ($340 total) without telling or explaining anything beforehand. BE CAREFUL, they want to make money!! I saw on the waiting room when leaving, a HUGE sign promoting those antibiotics... I'm changing dentist.

welcoming staff
had my first dentist visit in a very long time. the staff was friendly & very welcoming. i was very nervous at first but they made sure to take care of me!

I always actual enjoy my visits to Dr. Syed and the staff at Regal. They have great customer service skills. They are kind and polite. If any issues, they ask questions to make sure they understand, so you have a great experience.
