Dr. Jasper Rizzo, DMD

I went to Dr Rizzo to get an evaluation.. His office help cleaned my teeth But broke another Tooth.. I had to Have that tooth Root pulled for my health..He did a temporary partial and left the decision to me .. The cost was not disclosed.. He raided my insurance, . I asked to not cash a check I tentatively gave to the office..They cashed the check immediately and I decided to go to another dentist.. I will not go back.. The Covid 19 hit at that time ..I did not return as the issue was not resolved.. He sent me a bill almost a year later .. I am going to another dentist

I've been going to Dr. Rizzo for more than 15 years. Wouldn't want to go to anyone else. He's done at least 3 crowns of mine with no pain. Always numbs me perfectly and is patient and explains what he is doing. Karen helps him with the crowns and is excellent in keeping me comfortable during the procedure. The hygenist's are very good too!

The staff are friendly and the environment is relatively comfortable, although spitting into a bowl went out at least 10 years ago. But the trouble is the dentist. My impression: he was trained in the Army. He is rough (my lip was sore for several days afterwards). He filled three teeth in less than 20 minutes. One was a very deep filling. He did not get the infection and I ended up with a very, very sore tooth. I have changed dentists and will require a root canal. I won't return.
