Dr. Sherman seems to be a perfectly good dentist, but if you're using insurance, find another practice! When I first contacted them and gave my insurance info, they said they're no longer in that network, but no worries, insurance would still pay most of the bill. But after my treatment, they did almost no follow up on the claim. Instead, they kept demanding that I pay the $1800 due, which I finally did. Now I'm stuck on my own, trying to get reimbursed. First time that's ever happened to me!
