Front Desk Team Need Help.
Tried to get established as a new patient. Walked in the office and was told my insurance does not have a dental plan. Went home and called my insurance two times to confirm dental is included. Called the dentist office again, they said i don't have dental insurance, won't check any further, claimed they are not in network (I confirmed with insurance that they are, both insurance website and on the phone), and just gave up. Either they don't want two new patients with insurance, don't or won't use their insurance system, or some combination of all these. They contradicted everything I was told by the insurance customer service, twice. How do they get/keep their good rating with this attitude and business practice?
