The dentist is fine. His staff... not so much. I was told I needed x-rays, so I let them do it, then, at the end of the visit was told I'd have to pay for it out of pocket. My insurance wouldn't cover it, because I had x-rays within the last two years. I said, 'Why didn't you use those?' The desk lady said, 'Because we didn't have them.' I said, 'Why didn't you tell me? I could have requested them.' She said, basically, it was an oopsie, and please pay $231. When I was righteously angry about it, another staff member tried to deflect blame and say that it was justified because they had to order a special wrench for my implant. It cost $500, and according to this woman, the practice had to 'eat that'. THOSE WERE HER WORDS. Well, I'm no deadbeat, and nobody will 'eat that' on my account. I brought $500 cash, laid it on the desk, and it was refused. Then, halfway through a cleaning, they said that I was 86'ed. They won't even finish the job. Beware. Beware. Be very, very ware.
