Terrible experience
Terrible experience. He recommended I have an implant, and the implant never healed so it completely failed in 2 years, and he had to remove it. He had a bad attitude because he had to remove it. Never would I use him again. A total waste of 3k.

This was several years ago but I am realizing how expensive this physicians mistake was. I had my wisdom teeth removed by this doctor. Durring the extraction he broke some roots on one of my good teeth. He didn't offer to fix it or cover the cost, but sent us to his friend for a root canal. Now several years later it is time for a crown and as a college student, that is a large expense. I talked to many dental professionals and the consensus is that if they break something they fix it. Not the case for this physician.

Very polite and professional by the doctor and staff. Was able to come and go within an hour of getting 4 wisdom teeth extracted. 12 hours later and it seems like the recovery is going well too.

Highly recommend. I had my 1st extraction and preservation for implant. I was slightly nervous, but as soon as he came in the room and got started I felt completely at ease. He was very friendly, has the skill and I am very glad to have him as my oral surgeon.

I've had 3 dental implants. (3rd one today), so it doesn't count. Both have been totally successful. Just like having my regular teeth. I would highly, totally recommend Dr. Alabakoff. During todays procedure, he explained everything that was occurring. After he had left, I had a few more questions and he came back in and answered them.

Rude When I went to my appointment I mentioned to staff that I was very nervous. Dr. A came in the room and tried to have me come back and be sedated since I was so nervous ( I’m allowed to be nervous for a tooth extraction). I convinced him to proceed and when the extraction was quick and easy I remarked “Thank God.” He replied that God had nothing to do with a tooth extraction because he is too busy with children with cancer. He’s a pompass jerk.

I've waited 4 years before writing this review so that I could give honest and fair feedback. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by him bc I read positive reviews. I still have complete numbness in my left jaw. I saw Dr. A 3 times after my surgery and was told it will take months for feeling to come back. Here I am years later... his bedside manner is hurried and aloof. I regret not "shopping around" before choosing him- I think I'd have a happier ending. Buyer beware. (His staff is great tho)

I had an abscess under an old root canal. The root canal was done about 20+ years ago by another professional. Dr Alabakoff gave me many shots as I had requested. He also waited for the shots to numb my mouth as I had requested. After he took out my old crown and surgically removed the abscess, he had more xrays taken of the area and then found that I had an extra canal to the old tooth. He then took out that as well. I thought he was very professional and have recommended him to others

I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. I went to get two teeth pulled and was under the impression that I was going to be put to sleep. They told me that's not what I was scheduled for and I was just going to get a local. He then injected huge needles in my mouth to numb me and then said I wouldn't be able to stand the pain and told me to leave and reschedule. I left with my face numb and my mouth bleeding. This man also has no bed side manner very arrogant and rude.

They are not co-operative with insurance plan coding for the procedure, after insurance company told me to have them resubmit with a different code, so the customer ends up paying out of pocket for the entire amount. I was hung up on by the receptionist when I cancelled a future appointment. Plus they rescheduled an extraction ,which was already scheduled, to 3 weeks later because I was not going to be sudated so they could schedule someone else in my time slot who was going to be sudated.
