Dr. Jasmine Olson, DDS

Dealing with Dr. Olson's staff was the most stressful customer service experience I've ever had in a medical setting. I've been a patient of the UW School of Dentistry for ten plus years, my account always in good standing. I initially saw Dr. Olson through the Emergency Clinic via Zoom. She gave a medical diagnosis then prescribed meds. I paid for the visit. It took me many weeks and multiple calls to get a follow-up appointment. I was surprised by the lack of follow-through and professionalism by the staff. But it was their absence of empathy when I visited the clinic that hurt the most. Because my issues were medical in nature, I was working with my health insurance company. After my visit, miscommunication arose about payment. I hadn't anticipated the high out-of-pocket cost. Almost immediately, two staff members shamed me and threw insults at me. They offered no compromise or help, only disrespect, contempt, and sarcasm. I felt run over by the time I left. I will never return.
