I was looking forward to having a female dentist since I thought she would be gentle and I was very fearful of going to the dentist. I was wrong. She was rough and insensitive. Furthermore, the office did extra work that was not necessarily warranted based upon follow-up with other professionals. I stayed with her for multiple visits thinking it was just me. When I saw her treat my young son and saw how rough she was with him, I was greatly disappointed. We finally left a few years ago.
