Dr. Janice Chou, DDS

I had recently fallen while hiking and had extreme trauma and pain to my front teeth. My dentist referred me to Dr. Chou and I was very nervous as this was my first root canal. I would just like to thank everyone in the office for their patience and guiding me through step by step. It was a wonderful and painless experience and they were very comforting during a stressful time.

Dr Chou and her staff are very well experienced. Dr Chou and her assistant made me feel so comfortable and told me what they were doing every step of the way.

Just do yourself a favor and don't go there. I just had one of my worst dental experiences ever. This place is a rip off. They had me do a CT scan on-site before I even see the doctor, which they said "It's necessary for you but unfortunately uncovered by your insurance!". They had me pay $200 for that. And then I saw the doctor, which was the most rushing dentist I have ever seen. She was not even giving me the chance to talk. She spent a grand total of maybe 5 minutes with me, for which they charged me another $100. So I basically ended up paying $300 on the spot for nothing. Also, the doctor was very rough with her assistant!

Dr. Chou is the best doctor. She is very talented and quick. Her injection was painless and made the whole experience a great one. Her staff were so sweet and accommodating. Dr. Chou and her assistant, Lauryn, were an efficient team and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure.

Dr. Chou is an outstanding Endodontist. My dentist sent me to her for a root canal. Her awesome staff was able to fit me in the same day due to the excruciating pain I was in. They took me back right away, explained what procedure was appropriate and completely put me at ease. Dr. Chou and her staff were very sweet, knowledgable and professional! They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Chou and her staff demonstrated a welcoming and friendly demeanor. Dr. Chou clearly exhibited a high level of expertise and professionalism throughout my visit. I also appreciated the extra time and explanation of the procedure that was being performed. Providing a relaxed atmosphere by the staff gave me a great deal of comfort and made my visit a pleasant one.

This was, hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a dental practice. I was treated with such kindness, care and dignity. I highly recommend Dr. Chou and her staff if you are ever in need of a root canal.

I am so pleased with the level of care I received at this office. The front office is a pleasure to deal with from making appointments to billing questions. The dental assistant was excellent at keeping me calm during the procedure. Dr. Chou is a very talented Endodontist. During the root canal, Dr. Chou and her assistant make a great team, they work as if they are telepathic!

I don’t think anyone likes going in for a root canal. However for someone with extreme fears like me, the thought is downright terrifying. Thankfully for me, Dr. Chou and her staff were extremely kind and patient. They did everything they could to ensure that I was comfortable. This was probably one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! Thank you to Dr. Chou and her awesome staff.

I recently needed an emergency root canal and was referred to Dr. Chou’s office. Sylvia was kind and able to fit me in immediately. Dr. Chou and Jamie took care of my tooth and was the absolute best. They calmed my nerves and even made me laugh. I will be going back to complete my emergency care and I’m happy to say that my tooth feels better already. Thank you Dr. Chou and team!
