I scheduled appointment for my mother and they refused to see her without someone who speaks English on the day of the appointment, although i said i ll be on the phone translating and i can fill out the paperwork. I asked to reschedule the appointment so i can come in with my mother and the receptionist/ schedules refused to reschedule and said she will not re schedule the appointment and that i need to find another doctor for my mother. The worst patient service i have ever experienced.

Comes off as gruff at 1st, but actually has a charming bedside manner. Very clinically adept which I presume is bc of many years of experience.
