We missed an appointment- RARE to NEVER an occurrence with me. Receptionist harped on this rather than moving to a solution. Very inflexible with ease of scheduling. I take my daughters health as a priority, but I also value her being in school and I have a job. They seem to expect you to set up 5 appointments in an 8 week period and able to drop everything to fit them in. Parents have jobs, children have school, and in my opinion the office hours are limited
