Rude and unkind
I was treated incredibly rude after asking for my son not to have x-rays for the cleaning appointment I had brought him in for. I explained we didn't want them as he had just had them 6 months ago and we only like to get them yearly. After taking him back for his cleaning they came back and told me how they would be unable to even see my son for a cleaning because I was refusing the x-rays that time. I had to fight to have his appointment finished and was given rude looks and nasty comments. The doctor was very rude in what he said about this simple request and I will never be returning to such a unprofessional establishment.
