Dr. James Rice, DDS

I'm a longtime patient of Dr. Jim Rice and have been very pleased over the years with all aspects of my routine and emergency dental care.

Advised me to have some unnecessary procedures that my current dentist said are now causing me problems. This provider is all about making money and not interested in your dental health.

You can not leave a message for Dr. Rice to call you back. He made me a partial. I rode home, took it out about 2:00.At 5:00 I put it back in and it broke. Flimsy and horrible workmanship.First thoughts were that I wanted my money back ($400 out of pocket), but they said bring it back and he would fix it.Later I get a phone call to come and pick it up and for me to superglue it. Now I want my money back.Mailed me a legal form to sign that I wouldn't discuss this and I could have money back.

Do NOT go here. They try to upswell you on everything! The dr did not have an opportunity to look at one of my children's teeth, but she went through the the cleaning and everything else. No problem they said, just swing back by and the doc can take a quick look. We did, the dr looked for literally 10 sec.... and we were charged and additional $100!!!! If you want the convenience of nellysford and don't mind paying outrageous amounts then this is your place. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

What a professional and friendly office, I highly recommend them. I have been a Dr. Jim Rices patient for over 10 years, since I moved to the area. If you want to be listened to, understood and have your options explained so you can make a good decision about your health, these are the folks to go to.
