Dr. James Rehm, DMD

I was thrilled with Dr. Rehm's office until they ghosted me. No explanation, they just stopped returning my calls. During my last visit, I was told they would get pre-authorization for a deep cleaning of my gums. After three weeks, I called my insurance and no pre-authorization had been requested and they have not returned my calls or my email. Just wanted to hop on with this note, hopefully no one else has experienced this treatment.

I have a massive DENTAL FEAR that has existed since I was in my teens (I'm 76 yrs now)! Despite the strong emotional response I exhibited Dr Rehm and his support staff were kind, understanding, supportive, and EXCEPTIONALLY SKILLFUL. I was so afraid of my anticipated dental work, I couldn't even sit in the chair to discuss the work that needed to be done. Despite this Dr Rehm and Christie, his support dental tech were patiently supportive. I never felt rushed, pushed. Instead all actions were explained before they were implemented. I was told to raise my hand if I wanted them to STOP. I NEVER ONCE FELT PAIN. Also I was permitted to ask MANY QUESTIONS, and was given educated opinions. I was so impressed with the high tech approach, and skillful, gentle implementation of that skill. I had a cavity ridden tooth covered with a crown totally replaced in 2 1/2 hours. NEVER in my life has something so complex been completed so quickly. YOU ABSOLUTELY WILL THIS PRACTICE!!

Not only do I love visiting with all the friendly and fun staff, but I know my family is in the greatest hands with Dr. Rehm. He’s extremely trustworthy, kind and very knowledgeable. We are so very appreciative of everyone who works there.

My family and I have been a patient of Dr. Rehm since moving to St. Louis in 2014 and will continue to stay in his care. Him and his team are kind, attentive, gentle and available. We trust him and feels like they truly care. Highly recommend.

Being a healthcare provider myself, I respect doctors who consistently deliver exceptional care. Dr. Rehm is an excellent dentist with a compassionate bedside m. He is responsive, dedicated, bright and has an exceptional bedside manner. Dr. Rehm opened his office today (a Saturday) to take care of my 12 y/o daughter’s dental emergency. That is rarely seen in today’s world. We appreciated Dr. Rehm’s gentle, calm, friendly and reassuring approach- and coming in on a Saturday.

Dr. Rehm and the staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable For the first time in my life, the initial check-in to a doctor was quick and painless. Dr. Rehm is very detailed oriented, and clearly knows his practice extremely well. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rehm and his staff are extremely warm and friendly along with very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He never makes me feel rushed and answers all of my questions. He's done quite a bit of work on me and is by far the most gentle of all of the dentists I've been to before. I consider him a blessing to my wife and I and our family.

Dr. Rehm has exceeded all of my expectations as a dentist, and we have lived all over the country. The personal concern and care he provides to each patient is outstanding. He is amazing with cosmetic dentistry as well as regular check-ups. Friendly and personable staff.

Dr. Rehm is a great dentist. He is clearly skilled in the practice of dentistry. He recently made my first experience of getting a crown an easy couple of hours. He is kind and respectful to both his staff and his clients. I highly recommend Dr. Rehm.

I absolutely love Dr. Rehm he cares about his patients and really listens to them! I told him thry always have to use a lot more anesthetic on me than normal (like I have told all my dentists) but then I can't feel my face for like 24 hours. He was the first one who A. listened to me and believed me and B. actually did something about it- used an alternative medication that most dentists don't use! I was pain free throughout the procedure and all my feeling was back by the time I got home!!!!!

Dr. Rehm and his staff were wonderful! I was seen right away and everyone there is so friendly. Dr. Rehm is obviously very knowledgable and trustworthy and made me feel at ease with much less pain than other dentists!!

I have very sensitive teeth. I need two wisdom teeth pulled, a teeth cleaning, and several cavities worked on. Dr. Rehm was fantastic and took care of me in every way. He was not only professional but also very nice. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
