I've been seeing Dr. Potocnik for dental work for over 20 years, finding his practice after a radio spot recognized him as the "Citizen of the Day." Quick to discount excessive praise, I've found Dr. Jim to be extremely humble, patient, and professional throughout a variety of procedures. He takes pride in his work and works hard to maintain high standards of quality. And his staff has consistently reflected his commitment to being the best. But don't just take my word for it, talk to his peers!

Look no further.
Voted in the top ten by Cleveland Magazine readers for good reason. Dr. Jim is absolutely compulsive about getting everything just right; some might even say he is a cosmetic dentistry artist. His support staff are friendly, well educated and each excels at what they do; this office runs like a well-oiled, machine and every one on the team works hard to support and make patients comfortable.
After being a patient for many years, I've found a home.
