Dr. Miller seems to make the call to pull teeth far prior than needing. He wanted to set up a tooth removal 2 months ago, and we went to get a second appointment 1 month later with the new dentist stating the tooth was fine. All kids are in the same room. One child might be getting a tooth removed and is screaming right next to someone getting a check up.
