Dr. James Deberry, DDS

He made me feel very uncomfortable during my appointment. I need to have a root canal and have known about it for a few months. My insurance ran out last year from other dental work I had done and I needed to wait until it renewed to have the root canal. He made me feel like I was a terrible person because I didn't get it done sooner and now I'm having some pretty bad pain because of that tooth. He was not personable at all and was very condescending towards me. Not everyone has thousands of dollars to pay out of pocket for dental work. I already have terrible anxiety in general, and especially about going to the dentist because of a bad experience previously. Dr. Deberry made that anxiety even worse. If you want to be treated like a child who broke the rules, go see Dr. Deberry. If you want some who is compassionate and understanding then he is not the dentist for you. Dr. Magdalena Ruck is amazing. I wish she was still at the dentist's office I go to.
