Being a servicemember who has received premium healthcare in the Northeast, Southeast and Northwest, James has proven himself to be an excellent dentist. Wait times are excellent, staff is friendly and welcoming The true standout is the time and care that James commits to his patients. This effort results in superb treatment and maintenance across the board. James far surpasses the best that army medicine has to offer. Always a pleasure to be seen by him.

It is truly a shame that people that are on Medicaid do not understand how that works..SEVERAL THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW....first when a dentist sees a medicaid patient the state only pays the Dr. a VERY small percentage of his fee. In some cases the state doesn't even pay the dentist enough to cover all of his expenses involved with treating the patient. Doctors DO NOT make any money from seeing medicaid patients and that is why majority of doctors DO NOT Take Medicaid patients. If you are lucky enough to find one who does accept a medicaid patient be appreciative . Second...any procedures that require major care the dentist usually will not do because the state doesn't pay the dentist enough to cover the laboratory cost with making, crowns, partials, dentures etc.... . It is a shame that the department of Health and Human services does not explain this to their medicaid recipients !!! Medicaid is Not Insurance !!!

If I could give this place a worse review, I would. Been told on phone that he does do Partials. When I get there they tell me that they don't. They were very rude during the appointment. X-Rays were actually painful. They gave me an appointment for the next day which I told them wouldn't work for me. They called me at the appointment time asking if I was on the way which of course i wasn't since I had told them that I had to take my daughter to the dentist. The nurse was extremely rude and told me "That's not a good enough reason to not show" and that I was never to come back to the office again. I hung up and they called me again, this time from the nurses private cell phone and forgot to hang up when my voicemail answered. They were joking about me, laughing about me and talking badly about me. I still got the voicemail. It's nice to know what this staff says about you when they think you can't hear them. ????

Treated my dental issues and was very honest about what was necessary and what was not. Did not try to "upsell" like many other dentists I've seen.

I think he is great. Been seeing him for years. The staff is also wonderful. Has always done a great job.....

They insisted that I had to take my kids in for a checkup and when I said I could not take them the rep mentioned that no one else in the area will see them. All they wanted was the insurance money. Also, my youngest had an infection that I assumed the doctor was treating because he had mentioned it but it was not. And they did a procedure on my oldest that now he has to see a specialist to remove what they did.

Very friendly and professional staff. Treated with great care every time.

This is THE RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL dentist and front desk receptionists i have ever came across. The doctor is very judgmental and extremely uneducated. I received treatment and am in extreme pain...called the office, was yelled at by receptionist then made contact with dr after hours to let him now something is wrong and he said he refused to treat me further or correct the mistake he made. I can't believe this man has a license to practice.

The staff here is the most unfriendly and rude I've ever dealt with. I tell everyone how disgusting the staff and dentist are here. I hope they close down. They yell at people on the phone, scream at patients over which insurance company they're with, refuse to see patients for no reason, and the dentist could care less about people. There are so many good, nice, and helpful dentists out there. I'd rather pull every last tooth out myself than go here.

Extracted several teeth without permission, had no patience! His staff cracked a tooth there for he removed the tooth instead of fixing it!!! I barely have teeth because of this man and his staff I wouldn't let him work on my dog!!!!
