I scheduled an appt several wks ago for my son to have several baby teeth removed. I call the office this morning to ask a question & I'm told by the receptionist she doesn't have my son on the schedule!! I explain to her how he's been very nervous about this and was prepared to come in to get it over with. Also that I took the day off of work to bring him. All I was told was sorry there's nothing we can do. I can reschedule him. NO THANKS! I'll be taking him some place competent.
