AVOID HIM AND HIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!!! Paid over $6 thousand dollars for dentures and the 3 lower implants that 2 came out within 2 months of having them done!!! My bottom denture has broken 4 times and since day 1 neither fit properly ever!!! He NEVER TOOK CARE OF MY FOLLOWUP CARE. He has his “techs” take are of ALL adjustments, and they ground them but never ever made them right or to fit better! I am also allergic to ALL adhesives which he nor his staff cared. Now, it’s been 4 years since I have eaten anything but baby food! I have NO teeth and 1 bottom implant that hurts worse than having my real teeth obsessing. Don’t smile, eat, or talk anymore! He ruined my mouth and life, if there was a way to force him to make me whole no matter the cost cause it’s gonna take over $30K to fix all the wrong he’s done!! That’s money I don’t have and he does and should pay every penny it takes so I have teeth and can eat again!!!

Terrible experience! I went to him shortly after my husband killed himself. I saw his late night commercial where he promised to give a new smile and implants one day. He has no on site lab ..He Locked in those teeth the day of surgery! He didnt even allow my gums to heal after putting in implants. The teeth he sent me home with were horrible. Way too big and not functional I had 15,000 cash and he wanted it. He did not care about my health or my happiness. I was uninformed about the process. He gave me to Debra who would adjust the teeth as the we’re trying to make some that would bee good for me. She actually pulled out 2 implants while taking my teeth out to adjust them she said oops and i was bleeding alot another was growing out of my gums sideways. When i told him i had an implant growing out of my gums, he said no there wasnt an implant there. Until he saw the xray. Then he immediately removed it. That dental office scared me so bad it took me three years save the money to go t

I just love Dr. O and the Staff. The place is so clean and all is just Great all around. I've told two to three people about them. Hope they go will be Pleased.

Does anyone enjoy dental procedures? Not me! It just makes it a lot easier when you know you are with Professionals that have your best interest in mind. Always kind, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The entire office wants to help you in anyway possible, and they do. I had the same Dentist for over 20 years until he retired. I feel very lucky and Blessed to know Dr. O and his team are there for me.

I don’t feel I got Exceptional service I came in because of 4 teeth that had to be pulled, and I will admit I’m a bit of a wimp when it comes to the dentist but I came in and I meet with Dr O.and he was nice he addressed my issue and a plan was made, I came back another day to get my teeth pulled but they were unable to pull them because of an infection so I had to take some antibiotics and come back in 2 weeks I came back I was having some anxiety so I asked if we could reschedule, and I ask if they could pull just 2 teeth and I would pay for a two tooth partial and I did, about a week later I came back and Dr O Pulled 2 and I was feeling ok for him to pull the other 2 and he did, now mind you I paid for a 2 tooth partial and I know I just wasted $158 but that was on me the nurse packed up everything including the partial I paid for which I didn’t see till I got home and it was a 1tooth partial not the 2 I paid for when I came back no one could say what happened no refund offered

I’ve been going to Buckner dental for 10 years and I’m not a dentist fan but Dr Osorio and his staff treat me like family, customer service is consistently great. They are always accommodating to my needs. They are patient with you and very thorough about any procedure that’s needed. I highly recommend them. I drive from north Irving and that says a lot.

I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment when I go. The front desk staff are very attentive to my needs and always pleasant to talk with while conducting business. The staff that actually work on my teeth are always very informative and understanding of any concern that I may have. Dr. Orsorio is always a joy to speak with and has always listened to my questions without making me feel as though I am wasting anybodies time. I would recommend this group to anyone that wants a good experience and quality work.

Dr. Osorio is the best dentist in North Texas.

Dr. Osorio has been my family dentist for over 10 years. Always so friendly and easy to talk to. Having had several horrible dental experiences I finally found my permanent dentist. He’s the best!
