Dr.Jacqueline Cerar listened to me, probing with excellent and appropriate questions. She showed a true desire to understand the series of events that brought me to her. She explained all of her findings, and made sure that I was comfortable through the procedure. The office staff was friendly and worked as a team to ensure that I understood the financial side of the work proposed, explaining the insurance benefits and my responsibilities.
