Dentist seems competent despite his lack of communication. The big con here : the office manager will lie and say that your insurance doesn’t cover the procedure you may need and give you an inflated cash price. This is a fact verified by our insurance company, the office manager,Brenda never reached out to insurance to check my coverage detaills

Fairly competent dentist , doesn’t communicate well and office manager will scam you if she can! Says “your insurance doesn’t cover it,” so they can charge a higher cash price. They never even tried to contact my insurance

We (husband/wife) went in for exams and cleanings. Paid our co-pay and found out what work we needed done. Husband-jaw graft , myself -root canal . Husband’s first , we paid out of pocket since Brenda in front office said “insurance doesn’t cover this.” Ok I guess, $1,500 .. Set up my root canal 2 months later, once again told by front desk ,”insurance doesn’t cover this “ but I knew This was covered so I called AETNA . Come to find out the dental office never contacted my insurance, and we were covered 80% ! I don’t know what kind of scam she’s running in the front office or even if Dr Parks is aware, but I will be contacting the Tx dental board. As f I needed to say anything else, Dr parks isn’t great about explaining things ! I’m done here !!

I unfortunately had the pleasure of talking to the office manager, Brenda. Due to her very poor and disrespectful attitude we will be finding a different doctor. It’s very unfortunate that due to Brenda’s actions Dr. Parks lost two patients.

I believe a doctor can only be as friendly and helpful as his staff. Based off of how Brenda spoke to me. I'm positive I'm never returning! Her tone was annoyed .her answers short and her attitude was palpable through the phone! My family and I will take our business elsewhere!

Unnecessary work done to get higher $$$ on services.
