Dr. Koch called us personally before my daughter's appointment to introduce himself and welcome us to his practice. The tone of the office is set from the top. Cheerful, caring staff, fees and timelines were fully explained. To quote my daughter as we left the office, "Dr. Koch is a bucket full of happiness." Couldn't have said it better myself. Highly recommended.

My experience with Dr.Koch was the best. The customer service and waiting time its great. I strongly recommend Dr. Koch to everyone. I did my research really good and he's the best in town. As a matte fact he's the best in Gwinnett County. he has a great team. they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into the moment you leave the office. What I'm most impressed about is his punctuality of time. As an orthodontic assistant with 10 years of experience I highly recommend him.
