Dr. Jacky Standlee, DDS

I have been a patient of Dr. Standlee for 25 years and can't say enough positive remarks to do him justice.

Dr. Standlee is a great dentist. I have been going to him for over 10 years. He is always professional and exudes confidence in his knowledge of dentistry. He had a bridge built for me and had the lab technician come in to the office during my appointment. They took great care in making it look natural and he was not happy until it was perfect. I am forever grateful and pleased with his work.

Could not have been better!??from start to completion experience was professional,thorough,courteous,multiple choices explained,patient oriented,in the perfect professional atmosphere creating a feeling that no one else but me was on-the entire office staff and Dr Standlee’s mind. And it is fair to add that is why I have been his patient for over 15 years!

Dr. Standlee may or may not be a good dentist. I will never know. I called the office as a small business owner just asking for contact information for their office manager so I could send an email about some changes in technology that may affect them. Without any question I was told that "we don't have anyone that handles that now and I'm on the other line" and was hung up on. I have dealt with sales and telemarketers for 20 years, but I always try to treat them like human beings. I cannot imagine that this office respects their patients or treats them with kindness based on this interaction. I could be wrong, but I have nothing else to base my opinion on. I would have happily waited on hold or could have been asked to call back later when she wasn't busy. Very unprofessional!
