Great man and dentist. A review from a doctor.

I have issue with both the dentist and his staff. He came in and without X-Rays or looking at my teeth magically came to the conclusion that I needed a crown. Six months later, I still don't need a crown. When his staff tried scheduling the appointment with me for the crown, I declined and the office manager scoffed at me. I will never come here again.

Best dentist in PA! We are always greeted with a smile as soon as we get in the door. The staff is welcoming and we have never waited more than a few minutes before being called back. Dr. Jack always takes his time explaining to me, in a way I can understand, exactly what's going on. He never seems to be in a hurry or trying to squeeze in as many patients as possible, like some dr.s I've been to in the past. Dr. Jack really does take an uncomfortable situation and makes it easy. Thank you!!!

FIVE STARS!!!! You won't be disappointed with these guys! The staff is so sweet and friendly and I love the docs!!! They are so gentle and I would definately recommend them!!!

His office manager, Sharon, is rude and treats patients poorly. She is also horrible at billing. Keep your receipts (not that it will get you anywhere). We had credits on our account that she went back and "error adjusted" off to make it look like we had 0 balances and they kept our money. I believe Dr. Jack is a good dentist, but he allows this behavior. Our entire family has left the practice. Try to call and make an appt you'll be leaving a message every time as they don't answer.

Dr Jack was nice. His nurses were incompetent & obviously poorly trained. His office manager is rude, sarcastic & obnoxious. You would be better off running into Hannibal Lecter. Oh, their billing system has glitches. Keep those receipts for at least a year. Lest you pay twice or get threatened with collections by Atillah.
