even though the staff is nice, the doctor is not that great, and the business practice is sleazy and super low.. just money gripping deal. They recommended not removing one of my kid's teeth till the next visit. that caused the new tooth to grow wired & crocked and now they want to overcharge me to correct it. The dentist also practically yelled at my 7-years old for moving inside the room while she was working on his older brother. All the poor kid wanted was to simply look at the movie on the ceiling screen. She was very abrupt, and intense. I looked at her in disbelief. but I didn't want to respond and make a scene.. Later the nurse/helper who was in the room came and apologized, but the kid is not willing to go there again. Moreover, six months later, they charged us as a no-show and charged us $100. I called and told them that I had called pre-visit to cancel, but the canned response was "There is no record of your call in our system, pay up or else". They even pushed the overdue

Terrible service. They will take your child as a patient, gain their trust and build a relationship with the child after a few appointments (often difficult for a child), then refuse to schedule a new appointment because they say they now don’t take your insurance anymore, even though your child’s claim for service has never been denied and your account has always been paid in full on the date of service. Terrible bed side manner. Isn't really thorough. Should engage with your child more. Rather condescending. If someone is good, they are good and she is lacking some things in my opinion. She is however very knowledgeable. You want to look for the whole package and not feel somewhat jaded and pissed off every time you walk out! Also bad communication with her orders and staff when it comes to explaining something to patient(me). Bottom line: I don't feel comfortable or confident. Something off!
