Dr. Irina Lekht, DMD

This was my first root canal and wanted an expert, Dr. Irina Lehkt was great and compassionate. A true professional with many Too Doctor awards. Eased my concerns and explained the procedure to me as she was doing it which was great. The office staff was also very pleasant and accommodating. Also very happy the office is in a nice area and has plenty if off street parking,

I just completed my root canal at Dr. Lekht's office. I have worked in Healthcare for over 30 years and found her to be of the highest competency. The staff was excellent and the office is clean and clearly well equipped. All stages of the procedure were explained and all questions were answered.

Best endodontist! I had a root canal done back in 2009. Still happy with that procedure and had no problems whatsoever. I wish I had gone back to her office for another tooth that needed a root canal. We relocated from central Jersey to bergen county. My new dentist in north jersey was not as experienced as Dr Lekht. The post and crown lasted about 3 years. I ended up losing the tooth and had to get an implant. Beware of dentists who do it all! Dr Lekht knows what she's doing and really does her best to save your tooth. I highly recommend her for her great work.

I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Lekht and I highly recommend her. She and her staff were professional, competent, pleasant and above all painless. Other Endodontists that I were referred to seemed to be more interested in billing than my dental care. This was not the case with Dr Lekht and her staff. Thanks for your compassion.

I just had a root canal done by Dr. Lekht a few weeks ago and have nothing but great things to say about it. The doctor was very understanding and professional. The procedure was fast and pain free. Highly recommend!

The worst ever. Totally unprofessional & heartless. She used a risky approach that saved her a visit, but failed and left me in excruciating agony while she went on vacation without arranging a backup. She didn't even arrange for me to get an opioid I had requested to relieve the pain. (I hardly ever take opioids). I had to pay another complete fee to an oral surgeon who had to cut into my gum to relieve the pressure from the buildup of puss. She refused to make restitution. If there were a zero star rating, I'd give that. When I sent a letter requesting compensation of the oral surgeon service she should have performed she cancelled the final follow up visit at the last second without rescheduling. BTW, if she had informed me upfront that she planned the single visit approach and would be on vacation without backup I would have gotten out of her chair and gone to someone else.

I’m surprised by negative reviews. I saw Dr. Lekht for a root canal and she was very reassuring and the experience was pain free. The office is beautiful and very clean and everyone who works there is so nice. I would absolutely recommend her.

She does not know what she is doing. She also has no problems altering the dental record. Totally unethical!

Dr. Lekht took care of me with kindness and professionalism. The procedure was quick and painless, and Dr. Lekht was very thorough. She was positive that she could save my tooth, and she did! I highly recommend her.

Nothing less than a miracle worker. Dr. Lekht knew I was in great pain and also very scared. She explained everything that she needed to do and took such amazing care to make sure it was done quickly and with the least amount of pain. I just wish she could be my dentist ALL THE TIME!
