Made an appointment, brought my x-rays, was told when I got there that it was just for a consultation and if he had time would be able to treat me. I was in need of a root canal, face swollen, extreme pain. Dr. Brand came into the room, said he would take new x-rays but it was only a consultation. I said why would I have you take x-rays if your not going to treat me? - He said, "Alright, well then", pushed his rolling chair and left the exam room. I didn't even see what he looked like.
