Dr. Ion Naumescu, DDS

I came in for the first time for a cleaning. I have a Tori, which make x-rays painful. Told him about the pain with x-rays before he started, thinking he'd be extra careful. I was about in tears when that was done. Then he started with the 'cleaning'. All he did was polish with the gritty stuff, about every other tooth. Then he used the high powered water to clean between my bottom 2 teeth and the pain was so bad I jerked and put up my hands to stop. He paused a second, no apologies. Then he started on the same spot again! I raised my hands to stop and told him 'that hurt'! No apology. That was it. My 'cleaning'. The assistant spoke no English and I could barely hear anything the Dr. said so I had to shout to the Dr., who was in another room by then, 'am I done?' He said yes. I have a high tolerance for pain and in all the years I've been going to the dentist twice a year, since I was 5, I have never felt such pain and been so ignored. I'm 71. The 1 star was for the nice receptionist.
