The service and treatment of the doctors is excellent, a shame that their secretaries are not the same. Several well-known people and now I unfortunately are leaving because the treatment of the patient on the part of the secret is horrible, they are not organized, most of the time when they go to confirm your appointment they give you another time that was not the coordinated one. They shout at you like it happened to me today. They changed my appointment for when they wanted to. I have an operation and they gave me the cleaning for the next day when the appointment was today. Hellooo! How are they going to give me a cleaning for a day after an operation. And that's the way it is every time. There is no empathy on their part. It's unfortunate that the office is being affected by such excellent doctors. I have been with them for many years but it has been for the doctors and I have put up with the mistreatment of those at the counter because, as I clarify, the doctors are EXCELLENT. I'm sure there will be a lot of people like me. Hopefully they can read this and do something. So that we don't have to go through horrible moments.

Best dentist in Puerto Rico, or at least best service. People are nice and willing to help the patient. 100% recommended. Everyone was willing to explain what was going on and she took the time to explain with ease what I had to do and what was to come next. Great great great provider.
