Dr. Hugh Rosenblatt, DMD

My husband and I are happy to have found Dr. Rosenblatt and his staff after having moved to the area a few months ago. My hygienist was thorough, informative and careful as she calmly did her work. Dr. Rosenblatt was also very informative in his conclusions and recommendations which I was able to understand. My husband and I look forward to receiving dental care under Dr. Rosenblatt and his staff.

As a new patient appreciated efficiency of office staff. Wait time for appointment was reasonable. Hygienist was friendly and showed interest in my dental history and concerns. Dr. Rosenblatt assessed my situation and was interested in my concerns.

I had an appointment with the hygienist today! Her name is Debra. She was right on time. She was professional and very thorough. The office was immaculate. It was a completely excellent experience

I was a loyal patient. I have sent countless referrals and spent thousands of dollars. I have NEVER owed a cent. Fast forward to last Friday I get a call at work. It's Courtney. I love Courtney so I tell her I'm super busy it's in the middle of service and I'm met with insults, an attitude and an accusation that I'm avoiding her because I have a balance. Shocked I finish my shift and call her back. It just escalates from there. Apparently my insurance kicked back a claim. So I owe 250 and she wants her money. She proceeds to talk down to me, talk over me, insult me and use personal information about me to embarass and humiliate me. She was pretty loud so it was even worse knowing people I the office could hear her. I know we are all just numbers but I really thought this office was different and cared. I didn't realize that my business long standing and trust wasnt worth the possibility that there was a miscommunication. It's too bad that this I who is representing the doctor.

Great first visit. Everyone is professional. The office and treatment areas are clean and sanitary. My cleaning was thorough. Doctor and staff came up with a treatment plan for my dental care that will work for me. In office discount program is a great value if you don't have dental insurance. A great choice of dentists in Palm Beach.

The office has state of the art equipment and is meticulous. The office staff are all warm and friendly.

Have an old bottom anchor tooth that cracked at the silver filling Dr Rosenblatt suggested a permanent bottom bridge which sounds like a perfect fix for the condition l have. Staff is kind and professional. He is a very nice person aware of the newest technology.

Love my hygienist, Sylvia. I’m a nervous patient, even for routine cleanings, but she always very calming and thorough. The front desk crew are also professional.
