Overcharges for simple procedures, just to find his boys ivy league education. His receptionist , assistant is totally clueless. Emily? Emily? Emily?

Dr. Hubert Chang is a patient, caring dentist. He is the only dentist I found willing to work on my autistic son. He has been my autistic son's dentist since about age 10. My son is now 30 and Dr.Chang has been with him throughout the years.
