His location moved, but was never updated anywhere. My insurance co couldn’t contact them either. I called and got some woman’s voicemail. I asked nearby business if they knew of his office- was lead into a clinic where no one had masks on. It was filthy and full of trash and random storage. Wish I could post photos. No room to socially distance. No staff to be seen. Just a paper taped to a wall to sign in, and a paper taped to a door that said “dentist.” First come first served, despite having had an appointment. I don’t understand how this dentist is still in practice.
