This dentist Hong is very unprofessional. All she cares is profit and totally not her patient. My mom just had her dental work done by Hong last month and a piece fell out and she went back to Hong for follow up. My mom expected either a low charge or free of charge for her follow up because it just happened within a month but Hong still charged my mom $200 knowing my mom has no dental insurance. My mom was very mad but she had no choice but paying Hong again because she already received the treatment. The very next day the same piece fell off again. My mom went back to Hong and asked her why that happened again within a day? My mom expected a free of charge follow up this time. However, Hong told my mom that her tooth was too small so she won't be able to fix that for her. The size of the tooth never changes so why she said she couldn't fix that at the end? Why has she worked on the same tooth twice and collected $200 cash twice and at the third time she said she couldn't do that
