Really awful. What should have been a simple procedure turned into an hour and 45 minute one, in addition, the Doctor came out of the back screaming at me, that if I didn't pay .... Must have been a very bad day for her. I would say it was harassment.

Dr Heinzerling and the staff are 100 percent the very best. The office is immaculate, with state of the art equipment. All the staff are extremely pleasant and professional. You could not do better than this.
