Dr. Heta Jasani, DMD

Everything went well as usual

I got my teeth cleaned at Neibauer Dental Care in Leesburg, VA by "Jenny". She demonstrated such professionalism in explaining, step-by-step what she was going to do first and each time she finished, she again told me her next steps. She explained how she spoke to her Father about the importance of having a "partial" to have a healthy mouth. She was very observant in using the saliva sucker instrument which if not used enough, could make me uncomfortable and make me feel like swallowing (ewww). Besides being gentle she was very friendly. I have requested her for my next visit. She is an asset to Dr. Jasani's Office. I am scheduled for my partial in about a week.

I've been going to her for several years now. We moved two years ago and I still drive back to see her for dentist appointments. You can't go wrong with Dr. Jasani!!!

Dr. Jasani is great and highly professional. Unfortunately, one of her hygienist, while knowledgeable is need of cultural sensitivity training. The hygienist made continuous comments about a patients' clothing, particularly indicated the clothes resembled something from the "Islands". Moreover, when Listerine was recommended, she inquired about the whether the patient was an alcoholic or not. A I have been a member of the dental practice, but once other commitments are fulfilled then another practice will be sought out. Again, Dr. J is a fantastic Dentist, but one of the hygienists requires cultural sensitivity training.

I have been with Neibauer for 10+ years and couldn't be happier with the doctors or the service. The entire staff is welcoming and accommodating and everyone knows who you are. Whenever given the opportunity, I always recommend Neibauer Dental. I had an issue unrelated to what I was being seen for at the time and was given a recommendation. The recommendation was able to diagnose and correct the issue within a two week period.

Dr Jasani provided a very fine dental examination and is a skilled dentist who cares about patients.

Dr. Jasani is always very personable, kind, considerate and professional. She's great and I trust her opinion.

disappointed with visit-called to ask if it was correct. The response I got was "we've never had a complaint about our technicians" I came in for a cleaning, but didn't get cleaned. I walked out 1 hr 10 min later, after meeting with 5 very nice people. While driving home I realized I didn't get the plaque scraped for a cleaning. I got polished, flossed, x-rays, talked to @gum therapy and future appts. but no cleaning! No acknowledgment or apology on the phone, or offer to correct. Never again!!

Made me feel at ease. Made sure I was comfortable. Explained in detail what needed to be done. All in all great experience.

The exam was the most thorough I've every received.

Very friendly and spends a good deal of time explaining procedures and options. I highly recommend this clinic as it is a very friendly and welcoming place. They go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable!
