Dr. Heidi Stauffer, DDS

Dr Stauffer will diminish you as a person. She disregarded what I wanted and what I asked for. She became incredibly condescending because I dared to tell her what I wanted, expected, and needed. The worst part was that her dental assistant made assumptions about me, about my health, about my mental health, and regarding my educational level. I'm a practicing neurologist with a thriving practice. If I treated my patients the way I was treated at this dental office, I wouldn't have a practice! This dentist needs to educate her staff to avoid making assumptions about people they've never met before. She needs to educate her dental assistant that when she makes assumptions it affects the care people seek. She needs to avoid telling people they have mental health issues, health diagnosis, and assuming she's more educated than they. She very clearly isn't educated enough to make those determinations. She was insensitive and rude. I would fire her on the spot!

Lauren is thorough, professional and friendly: it's a pleasure getting your checkup. Heidi is personable and never rushed, alway takes the time to make sure the procedure is done correctly with your comfort as their goal.

My wife and I have gone to Dr Fulton and now Dr Stauffer for 25 years and really like their friendliness and professionalism. The whole staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and want to ensure you know what their doing and why. For this appointment, Lauren did my exam and cleaned my teeth and did a wonderful job.

I broke a tooth and had to have the crown replaced. I My appointment was scheduled quickly and the procedure was painless. Even though it was an unscheduled appointment, Dr. Stauffer took the time to answer all my questions. I had another tooth that was bothering me and she took the time to look at that tooth as well and make some suggestions.

The entire staff is so friendly and kind. I really feel like I am in good hands with them!

Dr. Stauffer listens and cares for her patients and their concerns. The office is professionally staffed with equipment and personnel. Easy access location and parking within fifty feet of entrance. Highly recommend.

Called the office with a broken tooth and they got me in immediately. My regular dentist could not see me for a month. Dr. Stauffer took time to explain what needed to be done to correct my condition and then shared some of her background. Both she and the staff are very friendly and the facility presents itself well. I have decided to make Stauffer Family Dental my dentist of choice.

Dr. Heidi is amazing. I realized I had an abscess tooth after work on Friday & called her cell. She responded in minutes, sending a prescription into a 24 hr pharmacy. She then followed up all weekend with me even though she was at a family function out of town. Early Monday morning her staff called me to get me in the office that morning. Never had such a great experience when feeling ill.

My family has been seeing the good people at Stauffer Family Dental for at least 34 years. We highly recommend the staff and their wonderful care for every patient that walks through the door. While I am currently stationed outside of the CONUS, I called several days ago and asked for them to call me if they had a cancellation on a specific date that I was back in the country. Sure enough--they called and fit me into the schedule for a cleaning and a filling. It's just who they are.
