Dr. Haven Williams, DDS

I’ve been a patient of De. Williams since I was 5 yrs old, or about 45 years. I have never experienced pain or any ill effects. He’s personable, ensures you never experience pain, and is quite funny. His staff has always been kind and helpful. They will bring you in immediately if you have a broken tooth, loose crown or emergency. He will even call to be sure you’re doing well afterwards. I will be so sad when he retires. He’s also my mother’s dentist and my (now grown) children’s dentist.

I love Dr. Williams and his staff! He never tries to "upsell" or talk you into expensive procedures. I had a bridge made there about 20 years ago. When it came loose recently he gave me the option to try re-cementing it rather that making a whole new one. Advising it may not work, but we could try and see. It has held beautifully and I appreciate not being forced into an expensive alternative. Eventually, I'm sure it will have to be completely re-done, and I would not go anywhere else to have it done but Dr. Williams!

My parent was traumatized going to Williams' office. They were treated unprofessionally and shamed for having a complicated medical history. If you require a complex procedure or anything that necessitates more attention, I recommend going elsewhere. Bottom line, he (the father, not Seth) doesn't review his patients' medical history, and will drop you like a hot potato mid-procedure on a whim. He also commented on my parent's looks and appearance that made my parent feel very uncomfortable.

Dr. Williams really cares about his patients. It is nice to see the same friendly staff whenever I make an appointment or have my teeth cleaned/worked on. To be remembered by name and not just a number is a big plus in my book. I also like that Dr. Williams will do a silver filling or gold crown upon a patients request. When discussing treatment, he is honest about what is best for the patient. Dr. Williams office feels like home. Five Stars!

I've been a patient for over 10 years and I have no complaints. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Haven fixes my teeth with such ease. I have never experienced pain. I am extremely happy going here and I always recommend his services.

Have been going to Dr. Williams for 10 years. He was my best find when I came to El Paso. He gives the best injections and I have been pleased with him and his friendly staff. Keep up the good work.

I needed a bridge done and after many consults with other dentists, I chose Dr. Williams. He did a great job and my bridge looks natural and not fake. Not only was I pleased with his service but also the staff was very nice and friendly. It was a great experience overall.

Had broken tooth and he got me in right away. Great experience. He took care of me with no pain .my first root canal. I was happy.

Terrible bedside manner. While working on my teeth the dental hygienist needed to rinse my mouth with water and I started gagging at which point Dr. Williams told me in a very condescending way "Don't do that". What was I suppose to do? choke on water. Will never see him again. It's true what other people say of him: he goes from one room to the other attending other patients, always rushing. Don't expect him to give you the attention other dentists in the El Paso area give you.

HR did not correctly perform my root canal nor correctly make or adhere my old school metal crown. After 4 years I had to get a retreat because of a missed Canal which was so infected it took a whole month to clear enough to do the procedure. I also had to get it recrowned because the metal crown wasn't placed correctly, it was leaking food debris into my tooth when the root canal retreat was performed.The gaps between my two teeth on either side of my crown are so HUGE I get food impaction too.
