I had a situation wherein a specialist dentist suggested extraction of a molar tooth as the infection had spread deep into the roots. But Dr.Harshavardhan Garla assured to save the tooth and using laser removed the infection painlessly and used only a cap and now over 9 months, I have no problem. He did the job very skilfully. Dr. Garla was very friendly and reassuring and I strongly recommend him to who ever need dental services.
