Due to being terrified of dentists, I had not had my teeth seen to in 20 years!..Then, in the middle of a pandemic, of all times, I had a badly infected and painful tooth. Dr. Joo agreed to see me, and I needed a root canal. I told him of my fears and concerns and he was very considerate and nonjudgmental. I was so surprised at how the 'dreaded' root canal was not a big deal at all, and Dr. Joo kept checking in to see if I was doing ok. What an unexpectedly good experience for me! His kindness as a person and his abilities and confidence as a dentist were just what I needed. And Jackie, his assistant was awesome as well. Thank you!!!!
