I had a appointment with Dr. Jacob today. He and ALL his staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. Nobody likes going to the dentist but these folks made it a good experience and they care.

Terrible office. Arrived at 10:20 for a 10:30 appt and was told the Doctor wasn't there till 1pm and I had to wait. First appointment took 7 hours. THey are uncaring, rude, condescending and I don't think they care a bit about their patients. They push expensive procedures not covered by denti-cal and if you turn those down they don't want to treat you at all. AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS!
