Unsure of experience
I had a RCT with Dr. Heck which at the time was a positive experience but unfortunately failed. While I appreciate the failure can occur for any number of reasons unrelated to her treatment, I wish she had provided some more caution on what to watch out for and monitor post treatment as I wish I had caught the failure before the infection got really painful.

If you need an endodontist, she's the one!
Dr Heck was terriffic! I went in, totally anxious and left relaxed and sad that I would not be going back for more treatment. She was gentle, kind, proactive, good humored and obviously very knowledgable and highly skilled. I would recommend her without hesitation!
