Dr. Simpson and staff are very kind and easy to work with. They explained the root canal process and financials. They completed the procedure the same day as the consult.

I needed a root canal and Dr. Simpson's office staff was able to get me an appointment very quickly as I was in some pain. Dr. Simpson's assistant was very kind and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Simpson explained the procedure to me and was very thorough and efficient. Less than one hour from the time I walked in the office until I was out the door. I would absolutely recommend Buckeye Endodontics to anyone!

I had put off a needed root canal for far too long and after a weekend of horrible pain I finally called to set up an appointment. They were able to get me in the next day. All of the staff were friendly, helpful in answering my questions, and walked me through everything from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Dr. Simpson and his staff to others.

From that first contact to schedule, instructions/prep for my appointment, arriving at the office, and throughout my visit, the level of care and communication was extraordinary! Unfortunately, this wasn't my first root canal experience, so I have something to compare it to... The comfort was much greater with Dr. Simpson than with another dentist I visited previously... Sufficient anesthesia was used, and the team worked efficiently to deliver what was a simple and straightforward process for me. My dentist told me I needed a root canal and said he could do it in 2 visits, or I could go to a Specialist to have it done in 1 visit. I am so glad I chose to go to the Specialist he recommended- Dr. Gregory Simpson. The entire process from the first moment of scheduling the appointment until the appointment was over and I walked out the door was completely seamless. As he completed the procedure he gave me 2 numbing shots and said I would not feel anything else and that was the truth. For a procedure that all my friends had me completely scared about Dr. Simpson made it seem like nothing! Highly recommend this office, from the office staff and on up…In fact I have already recommended this office to others!

I recently had the dreaded root canal done by Dr. Gregory Simpson and it was anything but dreaded! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out they are kind, compassionate, and very professional. They put you at ease and do a wonderful job. I had no pain at all and healed quickly. Drove an hour and 15 minutes one way due to insurance requirements. Well worth the drive!!! Everyone was friendly and informative about every step of the procedure! I have never felt this at was with a dental practitioner. And I have been to many!!

I was in desperate need of a root canal. The staff at Buckeye Endodontics was very calming and explained everything that was going to happen. I have had root canals before, but I have never had one only take 35 minutes. I guess when that is the treatment that's in your "wheel house," you have it down pat. Dr. Simpson was amazing and was very thorough. I was offered a blanket to make me comfortable and there was a tv that I could watch while they worked on my tooth. I watched HGTV and Dr. Simpson was done before I even found out if they loved it or listed it! I would highly recommend this practice!

I went to Dr Simpson for my first ever root canal procedure. It went smoothly, painless and everything was explained well. I heard a lot of horror stories from other people undergoing root canal, but i can attest that it is not horrible at all! The staff was really accommodating and nice. The COVID safety protocol was clear and easy to follow as well.

Went to Doctor Gregory on two separate occasions. Both were root canals. Front desk were very polite, friendly and professional. They got me in & out and Gregory made me feel confident and relaxed both times. Pain free, very quick and a cool guy. Definitely my best experience and I would definitely recommend to my family. This is also coming from someone who has a fear of the dentist.

I've had more than my share of experience with dental professionals, including in the endodontics field. And I've got to say that that my experience with Dr. Simpson ---whose entire practice is confined to endodontics ---was one of the best. Apart from his expertise, I was especially impressed with the time he took to explain what he was doing and why ---along with what to expect post-procedure. I might add that there was no waiting and my appointments began precisely on time. While root canal work is never particularly pleasant, Buckeye Endodontics ---and Dr. Simpson ---makes the ordeal as easy and pain-free as possible. I highly recommend him.

Had a root canal done at Buckeye Endodontics . The staff was very attentive about Covid-19 allowing only one patient into the office at a time. The procedure took around 45 minutes and was pain free. Job well done.

Very pleased with visit. Dr Simpson and the hygienist worked together as a perfect team making the procedure quick and almost painless. Dr Simpson was gentle and insightful of my reaction to steps in the procedure. Recommend highly this practice.

My first root canal and very apprehensive. Dr Simpson & Staff are outstanding. Dr Simpson explained his procedure. Danielle and Jen are awesome! Danielle is very knowledgeable with insurance info and Jen’s bedside manner is fantastic. Both very professional in their jobs, they are great at making you feel at ease and comfortable.
