Never again
Did not explain any procedure. I would have refused 1, so he didn't give me the opportunity. He got to charge for it. The assistant couldn't get the proper x-rays after 4 tries with 4 different systems. Some gouged the bottom of my mouth painfully. The dentist finally did x-rays. I need a root canal. He couldn't refer me to one with my insurance but said if I found one and let him know he would give me a reference. I'm I finally found 2 choices and gave them to his office, 4 working days later, no reference. I'm running a fever. I finally went into the office. He won't write a prescription. You have to buy antibiotics from him at an exorbitant price & they are wrapped in what looked like pieces of manila envelope so I couldn't use my drug insurance. The office lady was very nice and helpful. I got an appointment with a dentist that is under my insurance. I had to agree to move my dental care to his office in order to get the root canal. No problem. I will never go back.

I am new to the area and this was my first visit. Dr. Pritchett and his staff are all very friendly and helpful. Doctor was very thorough in discussing my plan of care and explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back! Thank you Dr. Pritchett!

Had some difficulties with insurance and billing issues and other things. Leslie, the office manager, and Dr. Pritchett worked hard to resolve them and made an effort to listen to my issues and resolve them. One of the contributing factors is my insurance sucks and doesn't pay much so I screen all statements and charges very stringently and contest that which are not appropriate or fair and most offices are not used to it. I am still going to Dr. Pritchett and have had some more needed work done.

I had deep cleaning done by this Dr. two days ago. Something is wrong with him. He started talking trash and after the procedure has started, him and his staff told me that my insurance was not covering the cost at the moment. I agreed to pay &978.00 out of pocket. Half way through the procedure, they had me sign the consent form, the $978.00 bill, and another bill of $4,700.00. when I told them I never agreed to pay the $4700.00. He, along with his staff, kept pressuring me to sign it saying that I need a fill in. I probably would have needed a fill in but not when the Dr. never received my consent. He even included a highly priced mouth wash in my bill without letting me know anything about it. I would never trust him what he might do to my teeth just to get money.

I was new to the area when I went here because he was on contract with my provider. It was a disaster from day one but the most egregious thing he did was remove a crown without looking at the X-ray. He was adamant this crown had to go. I had been told by other dentists not to remove it until I was ready to do an implant and asked him over and over if he was sure. Well he went ahead and of course couldn't replace it. When I cried at being stuck with no crown, he sent a letter ending service
